It was the Spring of 2013 that we went to see the rapeseed flowers of Luoping in China. We were blessed to be there at the right time. There were just endless fields of yellow flowers. Without a doubt, the sight of these yellow flowers were just uplifting . . . . we were full of joy!

Blooming rpeseed is a beautiful sight. We were surrounded by it in Switzerland. After a while, though, it starts to smell like dirty socks!
Seen them around in Switzerland, didn’t know they smell like dirty socks!!
It happens after they’ve blossomed for a while — they still look gorgeous but suddenly the whole area smells funny!
Maybe better stay away from a distance after they blossom!
