<This post contains 3 photos> Here are three photos taken at the Resonant Sand Desert in Inner Mongolia.DSCF2269 These are enormous sand carvings of Mongolian figures.DSCF2270A In two of the photos, you will see visitors on the side, giving you a sense of the scale.DSCF2271A It is not uncommon to see sand carvings on beaches, but to see them in desert is my first time.   2. I don’t usually comment, just not enough time to do so on every blog – but I looked at these photos and all I could say was WHOA! What a remarkable creation!!!

  3. Wow! I struggle to even build a half decent and castle with my kids. The artistry in these sculptures is amazing. I’m also struck by the investment of time and creative energy into something that can only be temporary.
