It wasn’t a good day in terms of weather; as it has been raining cats and dogs.
However, we did have a good day in the Ritsurin Garden, Shikoku, Japan.
Watching lotus, artistically twisted and trimmed trees, a Japanese style bridge which resembles the Monet footbridge, have Japanese tea tasting etc.
All in all, it was a good day.
I like the lotus flowers most, although they were shattered by the heavy down pour.
For those who are interested in the garden, please see my other posts.

Stunningly beautiful … such a delicate shot.
Great to hear from you. I was wondering what you are up to.
Did you go to a different garden whilst you were in Japan earlier?
Michael, not really … I went to the “umbrella” one i Hiroshima … but there was so much flowers everywhere.I have still posts to do about both HK and Japan, so much to share … and what about you??? Any travelling plans???
I been travelling a bit this summer and next week over my birthday I will go to Berlin. After that visiting friends in Gdansk and Christmas in Prague.
I am somewhat stuck as my mom is in poor health. No plans yet.
Sorry to hear, Michael. That’s the thing with our parents they are getting older too. I hope she will recover.
I hope so too; hope Go will listen to our prayers.
I’m sure he will, Michael.
Thank you, Viveka!
