There are a lot more photos which show multi-color firework display throughout the sky during this festive season.
But I like this simplistic one.
The photo was taken by my classmate YM Chan while he was travelling in Hokkaido during this festive season. Please enjoy 🙂
Wonderful photo! I love fireworks anyway but I really like the warmth in this particular image and the reflection too.
I like it for the same reason. Happy New Year 🙂
Happy New Year to you!
Happy New Year 🙂
your classmate YM Chan has an eye for the camera.
Very nice indeed.
He has been trained in photography; so has better skills.
May your 2016 be peaceful, delightful, productive and prosperous. Cheers !
Many thanks! Hope the same to you too 🙂
A great photograph and what wonderful photos London had to welcome in 2016. Happy new year Michael.
Happy New Year to you, Corinne!
Yes the colour makes the image. Happy New Year.
Thank you, Itching! Best wishes for 2016!
Lovely photo! I especially like to look at the captures of reflections in the water, more interesting to me than the fire in the sky itself 🙂
Yes, the reflections are the best part of the picture.
Happy and healthy 2016 to you! 🙂
Nice to hear from you. Happy and healthy 2016 to you too!
I agree, that is an excellent photo. Here in Oaxaca there is not an official fireworks display – we just stood on the deck with our neighbors and watched fireworks from all different hillside neighborhoods of the city. It was varied and wonderful! People have much more freedom to do what they want here than in the US, and are much better at taking responsibility for their own actions.
Oaxaca seems to be a good place to stay. Glad that you were able to view fireworks from different neighborhoods!
