The most commonly bought flowers for the Chinese New Year in Hong Kong is now the Orchid.
As with previous years, I bought Orchids for my home.
The flowers can usually last for a couple of months and, therefore, you are sure that you have some beautiful flowers around during the festive season.
Here are some of the lovely orchids. Please enjoy.

But it is difficult to regrow them for later seasons.

A nice rendering. Orchids are quite fashionable now. In the city of Sao Paulo, in Brazil, there are orchids hung up on the trees, high enough not be stolen. A nice touch to the streets.
