It was an early morning in 1985.
I stayed at a beach side hotel in Harlech, Wales.
Woke up early in the morning and decided to go down to the beach.
The beach was nothing I have seen in the past. It has some sand dunes piled up quite high parallel to the beach.
I climbed over the dunes; in my climb, I noticed some rabbits jotting about from their hiding places.
When I got over the dunes, my eyes were met with this magnificent sight.
Jesus light from the sky above and lines of waves coming in from the sea.
I was bewildered and took this photo.
You have captured some beautiful mornings, Michael. This is surely one of them.
One of the most memorable morning I ever have!
stunning
Thank you!
Gorgeous. I had a very special beach experience in Wales once as well–on the sea wall outside of Dylan Thomas’s house..with my mother and a cat.
I like Wales, their castles and beaches. Good that it brings back fond memories!
Wow! What a stunning panorama! Beautiful capture!
Glad that you like it!
My wife and I were last there in 2008 – it hasn’t changed, thankfully :-o)
Great to hear that; I hope to visit it again one day.
Beautiful image with surreal light, Michael. By a strange coincidence, or should I say synchronicity, I am heading across to West Wales tomorrow, and will be visiting Harlech too. Although I will be there in blazing sunshine! You were blessed with that wonderful illumination.
Harlech is one of my favourite destinations.Hope you will have a blessed trip too !
Thank you, Michael.
Thank you, Isabella!
stunning! the light that hits the beach reminds us to be grateful for every day we wake to see the sun
Thanks to God that we have been given another blessed day!
