Watching the sea of clouds is one of my favorites.
There are mountains like HuangShan in China which is famous for this.
Today, I am taking you to a place I have not yet visited.
It is known as the Castle in the Air when translated literally.
The pictures, a sequel to the previous ones, were taken by my classmate YM Chan in Japan recently.
Compared with the previous photo, it is a close up.
These are in a portrait format.
The place just looks surreal!

So beautiful! It’s a place I really like to visit.
Happy Holidays and Have a wonderful 2017!
Best wishes for the coming year!
I want to go to China!
A good choice for a destination!
Is there in Japan?
Do you know where the castle is?
Yes, in Japan – exactly where I am not sure.
Thank you for your reply.
I checked the castle by internet. It is Takeda Castle, which is a ruined castle in the city of Asago, in the northern part of Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan.
It is regarded as one of Japan’s Top 100 Castles, and often referred to locally as the “Machu Picchu of Japan” (Wikipedia quotation)
I haven’t known the castle though I am Japanese:(
Thank you for your information. I’d like to visit there some day.
I was able to find some information in Japanese and Chinese but didn’t send it to you. It is a wonderful sight.
Wow! 😊 I want to go there! I hope you have a great 2017!
Best wishes to you in the new year!
