Nice photo Michael, but it does make you wonder whether all these lights are really necessary, don’t you think? What’s Hong Kong’s approach to energy saving and reducing carbon emissions? (Don’t mean to get all serous; your photo just made me think!)
The lights for residential and offices are necessary, but those for commercial; especially those for neon signs may not be necessary for the whole duration. Energy saving includes use of electric / hybrid cars, LED lights and energy appliances, smart use of air conditioners and lights, making less use of coal fired electricity generators etc.
