Always fascinated me how ramen is made.
Why’s that by repeated pulling, the noodles become finer and finer?
Why’s that ramen seems to taste better when made manually?
I don’t have the answers but like watching them in the making.

At night time, the streets were full of people.
Some just strolling but many buying delicious things they like to eat.
Others like me watching in awe how various food of Muslim culture were made.
