I know these Tiger’s Claws will bloom in Spring.
These flowers, however, come a bit early this year.
I would usually look for these flowers in my hike of the nearby hills.
The photos here are taken with a smartphone.
I hope I have brought with me a proper camera as they are just so beautiful and should be captured more seriously.
I love the way these flowers dotted on the otherwise green and yellow background.
Again, they remind me of the red poppies against the hillside in Monet’s paintings.
All three photos in fact show the same tree, but with difficult angles.
The last one has a good reflection off the waters of a nearby pond with water lily pads.
So vibrant and firey, especially in their green and blue surroundings
They are very photogenic!
Beautiful!
🙂
Yes, very Monet-like. You haven’t gone to Giverny yet, have you?
Not yet.
I have just cancelled my trip to Sri Lanka because of the declared state of emergency just days from departure – not sure how much money I can recover. Worse still, this was a trip to forget what’s happened in the last 7 months.
I can imagine. So sorry. Sri Lanka is so beautiful as I understand, why does mankind have to screw things up all the time?
A battle with the insurer for recovering our cost for the trip has just started.
If we believe in God, we can rationalize it to say that He wants me to be unharmed from the trip!
Good luck with the insurance.
Hope so!
