We have a popular Westlake Restaurant here that sells ” Kong bak Bao” in Teochew dialect or “ko ro” braised belly pork in soya sauce and spices eaten as a wrap like a sandwich with mantou bun. Yummy!

Why “broken” bridge?
It snowed n the Winter, the snow disrupt the continuity of the lines of the bridge making it looks as if it was broken and hence the name
Ok.
I have to google again the reason of the name behind it – my memory is not as good as previous.
