I don’t particularly like Sapporo but it is where we first land at Hokkaido. I particularly like Biei and Furano but hotel rooms there are sometimes difficult to find.At one time, I was forced to stay at Sapporo and drive back and forth to Biei and Furano.

Tofu, it is a long waterway right in the middle of the city. It is a much photographed spot which I think you won’t miss it.
