The Girl Walking Out of a Back Alley in Hoi An, Vietnam

We have been wondering up and down the streets of the old town in Hoi An which is now classified under Heritage by UNESCO.

The back alleys are usually narrow with building walls stained on both sides.

Walking out of the alley was this girl, wearing a traditional conical hat and clothed in a traditional gown.

The stark contrast between her red dress and the building walls enticed me to take a quick snap. This is a taste of Vietnam which I will remember.
