  1. I’m happy to see this! If I remember correctly but perhaps a bit vaguely, you began applying yourself more seriously at the time you retired (when you also began your blog). It’s a pleasure to see that the blog and the calligraphy both flourish.

    • You have perfect memory!
      I started both on retirement.
      In recent years, I have stopped taking calligraphy lessons, I am only practicing it at home 🙂

    • My blog is declining; in terms of readership. Guess part of it is related to the fact that I have stopped travelling abroad last year and have less new photos and that I seldom write.

  2. very nice. You remember the “Chinese calligraphy” I sent you which turned out to be Japanese? I asked a japanese friend who said it was quotes for the Lotus Sutra, article 124. Now I have found the Lotus Sutra, but no reference to an “article 124” LOL.
