Weekly Photo Challenge: State of Mind (Statue)
When I saw this statue in the Angkor Wat Temple, I was awed by the contrast in colors.
While I am not a follower of the Buddha or the Hindu religion, I have full of reverence for them.
As I understand both these religions or cultures direct people to do good.
This photo turns out to be one of my photos which have the biggest number of “Clicks” on it.
Just wonder what readers’ state of mind is when they view the picture?

Weekly Photo Challenge: Symbol ( Angkor)
This week’s DP photo challenge is Symbol.
A symbol is an object that represents, stands for or suggests an idea, visual image, belief, action or material entity. Symbols take the form of words, sounds, gestures or visual images and are used to convey ideas and beliefs.
This week, I will be showing some symbols.
I hope they are self explanatory. For those that I don’t explain – the reason is clear – I don’t know the meaning behind them either!
This image was taken in Angkor, Cambodia.
