Weekly Photo Challenge: Look Up (Facade in Baltic)
This week’s photo challenge is Look Up.
I enjoy looking up the facade of buildings in the Baltic.
In terms of architecture, they seem to stem from the Baroque style.
What I am interested most is the use of colors in the more modern building and the sculptures.
These are two examples of the building facade and sculptures I like.
Hope you also enjoy looking at them.
Weekly Photo Challenge: Look Up ( Flowers )
This week’s DP challenge is Look Up.
I have always found it delightful to look up while strolling the old UNESCO sites in the Baltic.
I like all the sites I have been, including Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius etc.
Everywhere I walk, if I look up, there is a good chance that I see flowers or something interesting.
Here are two examples; both interesting and delightful – beautiful red flowers on the walls!
Please enjoy š
weekly Photo Challenge: Look Up ( Baltic)
This week’s DP challenge is Look Up.
I think photographer looks everywhere for interesting objects.
Looking up, down, far and near etc to capture the objects or moment they found interesting.
Here are two pictures taken in the Baltic.
One shows a cat high up on the apex of a conical roof.
The other shows a pair of birds.
Aren’t they lovely?

The Streets and Alleys of Baltic (30)
This picture marks the end of my series on streets and alleys of Baltic; I hope you enjoyed it.
For those who didn’t enjoy it, I send you my apology. For a series with 30 photos, some of them, I afraid, are not as good as the others.
I have been to all the Baltic capitals which includes visiting of some of the UNESCO Heritage sites likeĀ Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn etc.
What I found most interesting are the alleys and the streets which all have their own characteristics.
I am not able to tell you exactly where those alleys and streets are; in my simple mind, they are my memorable parts of the Baltic.
I like the cobblestones, the quaint street, the colored walls on both sides of the alleys, the cafes along or encroached onto the roads, the crude masonry wall facing and last, but not the least, the friendly people.
They leave an undeletable part in my memory!
