Over the weekend, I have been playing around with some of my city photos, giving them a blue tint.
I must admit that in fact I like the one with blue tint than the original photo.
This is one of the photos showing the night scene of Hong Kong Island and the Victoria Harbour.

A couple of years ago, I used to post a series known as The Dog that Lives on the Fishing Raft.
The dog’s name is Dor Dor; but unfortunately he was drowned when he took for a swim and could not get back onto the raft.
Here is a picture showing Dor Dor at sleep ( or is he just pretending to sleep?)
He has got a toy besides him.
Hope he is enjoying his sleep in Heaven.

It was the Spring of 2013 that we went to see the rapeseed flowers of Luoping in China. We were blessed to be there at the right time.
There were just endless fields of yellow flowers. Without a doubt, the sight of these yellow flowers were just uplifting . . . .  we were full of  joy!

Lately, there are too many things bothering me, those who have been reading my posts may already knew some of them.
I need some positive energy to get back into blogging, but before that I can only retrieve some photos and prepare some quick posts.
The images we got from Angkor Wat are just amazing. Given that many of the structures were built from stone blocks and stacked together, some of the resulting structures can be quite angular too.
Here is an example.

I have been showing pairs of photo for places taken at night and in the day.
These include photos of Hong Kong, Seoul etc.
There is a lot of contrast between these photo pairs.
Here, the night picture of the picturesque city was taken by my university classmate YM Chan,
while the day photo was taken by me.
As you can see in both pictures, there is a pagoda on the left bank , a river in the middle and traditional houses built on the right bank.
In fact, the place suffered a lot of damage during the Summer flooding this year.
Autumn is still here.
Hope that Winter is coming late this year.
Understand this part of the world is affected by El Ninos and therefore Winter could be mild, with the exception of a few really cold days but it will be rainy too.
So, celebrate Autumn as it is retreating and hope that Winter will be short.
The picture was taken at Hunglouzhi (Temple) in Beijing two years ago.
This week’s theme for WPC challenge is Angular.
The picture was taken at the Feng Huang City in China.
The roofs of domestic buildings show a lot of angularity.

This will be my best collection of clouds and mountains photos in China.
All these photos have been posted before but I am putting them together.
The Huangshan and clouds mountains are provided by my calligraphy classmate Mr. Chung Kok Fan..
Whereas the photos of Zhanzhejia are provided by my university classmate Mr. YM Chan.
They are great photographers and timing was on their side.

This weeks’ WPC Challenge of the Daily Post is Angular.
This photo was taken in the Baltic, possibly in the city of Riga.
It is angular not matter how you look at it – angular roofs and window apexes.
I like the color and composition too.

This is the last photo from my classmate YM Chan on Zhanzhejia.
